Hello, my name is Thomas Peterson, born and raised in Washington, D.C., and I am the CEO and founder of Mr. DoItAll Property Services. I am a professional building engineer and property maintenance technician, currently managing and maintaining 30+ residential units. I also hold an OSHA 10 certification and have extensive hands-on experience in building maintenance.

I began my career in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, starting with lawn care and basic home repairs for neighbors and local homeowners in need. As my reputation for reliability and strong work ethic grew, so did the scope of my work. I gradually expanded my skills, took on larger projects, and developed those early efforts into what is now Mr. DoItAll Property Services.

I remain very hands-on in my work, and our standards are based on my approach to property maintenance: reliable, honest, and done right the first time. My field experience has given me a strong understanding of how to keep properties safe, functional, and efficient.

I founded Mr. DoItAll to bring real-world expertise directly to homeowners and property managers who need dependable service. Today, the company is built on trust, problem-solving, and ensuring every client feels confident their property is in capable hands.
